1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange an item purchased from Finyogii within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping the item back to us, including a return shipping label if applicable.

Please package the return item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include your order number and return authorization number with the package.
